Update 2: As of 4pm GMT (5 hours since the new DLC went live) many players are having difficulty logging in and playing The Division on Xbox I and PC.
Players are facing the Delta error, which is basically stating that servers are not bachelor. We've had this trouble ourselves, and when we have accessed the game, we've been kicked back out at loading screens.
Massive has said that queues are easing, just a fix for the Delta error is being worked on.
